Indian Grey Wolf

The Indian Wolf is a beautiful subspecies of the well-known Grey Wolf. It ranges from Southwest Asia to the center of the Indian Subcontinent.

This medium-sized predator is perfectly suited to warmer climates. In the summer, it trades the thick, luxurious winter coats of its northern cousins for a sleek, short, and breathable coat. The fur on this animal is very pretty, with a mix of greyish-red and reddish-white that looks like it belongs in the wild. The subtle grey tones make it look even better.

Indian wolves don’t live in huge packs like the ones in stories; instead, they live in small, close-knit family groups that usually have 6 to 8 members. They are the real silent ghosts of the night because they are very territorial and very mysterious. They are not as vocal as other types of wolves and are not known to howl very often. Instead, they prefer to hunt and find their way around in the dark.
